Big change
Barbara Wussow is worried: “It’s going to be terrible”
"Traumschiff" star Barbara Wussow is worried about her family, because there will soon be some upheavals in the family circle - a fact that scares the 63-year-old.
For a good five years, "Traumschiff" star Barbara Wussow has been sailing the seas and taking her many viewers with her to faraway lands. During this time, the actress has already experienced a number of changes.
But the 63-year-old will soon have to live with a big change in her private life too. A change that the actress is afraid of.
Saying goodbye to son Nikolaus
Wussow is a loving mother of two children, whom she has with actor Albert Fortell. Son Nikolaus (26) and daughter Johanna (19) are her everything.
Nikolaus has also inherited his parents' acting genes to a certain extent, but he lives them out a little differently. He is a magician. This passion began for him at the age of eleven. While her daughter is about to graduate from high school, the 63-year-old has to learn to let go, because her son is planning to move out.
Family change "will be terrible"
"It's going to be terrible. I'm a mother hen," the actress admitted to Freizeit Revue. "It's not going to be fun. I'm very worried about that as a mother. How safe will the world be?" She finds strength and comfort in prayer, she says. "I'm a believer, I can pray for these things." And soon her daughter Johanna might also be able to fly.
