Brazen thieves in Tyrol

Countless formwork panels stolen from ÖBB construction site

Curious and extremely brazen theft at the new Fritzens/Wattens station! Unknown persons presumably stole countless formwork panels at the weekend. The police are now asking for information.

The as yet unknown perpetrators struck between Saturday morning and Tuesday morning. The thieves were after some very special loot at the ÖBB construction site on Tonwerkstraße in the municipality of Fritzens: Shuttering panels.

Amount of damage still unclear
"There was considerable damage to an as yet unknown amount," said the police. The officers at Wattens police station are now asking the public for any useful information (Tel. [phone]).
