Almost a year and a half after her split from soccer star Mats Hummels (35), Cathy Hummels (36) talks openly about her love life and the challenges of finding a partner.

In an interview with the magazine "Gala", the presenter and entrepreneur ("The Helping Leopard") gives an insight into her experiences with dating apps: "You usually write two or three times and that's it. I haven't been online for three months. I want to get to know someone in real life."

Looking for a man to make her feel good
It is important to her that the potential partner not only suits her, but also her son Ludwig (6): "I'm not a woman for one-night stands. I need a man with whom I feel comfortable. He has to get on with my son, then he can even come in the front door. It doesn't happen overnight, it takes time," Hummels told Gala.

"Open to everything"
The presenter, who has a large fan base on social media thanks to her open and authentic manner, is patient and confident in her search for the right partner: "I'm open to everything, but I don't let myself get stressed. I enjoy my life and focus on my family and my work. If the right one comes along, that's great. But if not, that's okay too."
