Specifically, they are Imvest Planen und Bauen GmbH, Imvest Development GmbH, Imvest Projektentwicklung GmbH, Imvest Verwaltung GmbH, More than Places GmbH, Rcadia Management GmbH and the online eyewear retailer Edel Optics.
In February 2019, it was Tomislav Karajica from Hamburg who bought the then second division club Austria Klagenfurt from Peter Svetits. Tomislav is now only a member of the Austria presidium. His brother Zeljko Karajica is invested in the "Violets" through his SEH company.

And that is why the insolvency applications should not affect Austria Klagenfurt. "They relate exclusively to service companies in the real estate sector and have nothing to do with Austria Klagenfurt," emphasized Austria press officer Matthias Linnenbrügger.
