The next Barca player on Bayern’s wish list
In addition to Ronald Araujo, FC Bayern have now apparently chosen another FC Barcelona defender as a transfer target for next summer. As the portal "Foot Mercato" writes, the German record champions are targeting Mikayil Faye.
The 19-year-old central defender only plays for the Spanish champions' second team, where he has made 24 appearances in 29 competitive matches so far this season. Faye also made his first appearance for Senegal's national team last Friday, scoring in the 3-0 win over Gabon to make it 2-0.
Bayern have competition from their own league. Borussia Dortmund and Eintracht Frankfurt are also said to be interested in the youngster. With a market value of 1.5 million euros, Faye is still considered a bargain, but he is already predicted to have a great career.
Alongside Araujo, Faye is the second Barca professional on Munich's list. The German champions had already tried to bring the Uruguayan to the Isar in the winter, but the Catalans refused to let the 25-year-old leave. Munich want to try again in the summer ...
