Toddler in diaper “smokes” vape

A disturbing video is causing outrage on the internet. It shows a toddler in diapers strapped into a car seat taking puffs from a vaping device in his hand - apparently not the first time. 

It turns to the camera and shouts "Grandma" while another child can be heard in the background saying, "You're choking me with the vapor."

There are speculations that the video originates from Ireland. Many internet users say they hope the family will be found and those responsible brought to justice - if the video is real!
