Drama in Hopfgarten in the Tyrolean district of Kitzbühel on Sunday! Shortly after taking off in a paraglider, a German woman (65) crashed into a gondola of the Salvenbahn 2. Two passengers in the gondola were also injured.

The drama occurred shortly after 11 am. The woman wanted to take a paragliding flight on the Hohe Salve. "For unknown reasons, she crashed into a gondola of the Salvenbahn 2", according to a spokesperson for the Alpine Police. The emergency doctor who arrived could only determine that the 65-year-old had died.
