A few hundred euros stolen from a wall safe

In February, unknown persons forced open a wall safe in the cellar of an apartment building in Innsbruck. However, the effort was only partially worthwhile for the crooks. They "only" found a few hundred euros inside.

As the police reported on Wednesday evening, unknown perpetrators gained unauthorized access to the basement of an apartment building in the Pradl district of Innsbruck between 16 February and 23 February and forced open a wall safe.

Investigations are underway
"The perpetrators were able to steal cash in the mid three-digit euro range from the safe," according to the police. The investigation is ongoing.
