Is there a suitable remedy for the shortage of doctors and nurses? Or are all of the country's previous projects just placebos? Neos politicians are constantly sounding the alarm: medical care is at risk.

This would prevent expensive duplication. At the same time, the Neos are proposing a separate specialist training program for general medicine as well as "fair remuneration" for rural doctors. In addition, more attractive opportunities for part-time work should help as a countermeasure.

In addition, digital networking should ensure that doctors can access preliminary findings and examinations via a database. An offensive is also intended to reduce bureaucracy and eliminate unnecessary administrative tasks. According to Neos, medical tasks that do not have to be reserved for doctors could be transferred to appropriately qualified support staff.
