Two strange cases

Report in Absam: men had a boy in their sights

Completely harmless - or is there cause for concern? In Absam, two men are said to have spied on a boy (8) and photographed him. Three days earlier, a similar incident involving a single stranger is said to have taken place in the village.

On Wednesday, the Hall police station received a report that four days earlier - on March 2 - at around 2 p.m., two unknown men had observed and possibly photographed an eight-year-old boy at the playground near the elementary school in Absam/Stainerstraße. The two men were said to be middle-aged. One was wearing a suit, the other was dressed in youthful clothes. One of the men was holding a can of beer.

Further incident reported
On March 5 at 5 p.m., the Hall police also received a report that on Tuesday, March 5, around 12 p.m., an unknown man was chasing children in Absam in the Amtsschmiedhöhe area. A description of the man is not available.
