45,500 euros for an association for the disabled

The Sautanz Partie Mönchhof started organizing a Sautanz for a good cause seven years ago. It started at Gasthaus Zeiss, and for the past five years the event has been held at the sports field and has been sensationally well attended every year. 

This time, the Sautanz took place on February 17. The event started at 10 a.m., with live music from 10.30 a.m. Six music groups played together and the tent was always full to bursting point. 

The boys and girls had started their event series because the brother of a friend is a client of the Disability Support Association in Neusiedl am See. They decided they wanted to do something. "We didn't expect the event to turn out like this either," says a delighted Lukas Moser from the Sautanzpartie. 

45,500 euros in one day
Around 50 people are now involved in the Sautanz as helpers, and everything is done on a voluntary basis. "The great thing is that music groups are now approaching us and asking if they can play at the Sautanz," says Moser. This year's Sautanz raised a sensational 45,500 euros in one day. The Sautanz team didn't think they could top the 40,000 raised last year. 

The money was handed over yesterday in the residential community of the Neusiedl am See association for the disabled. Both members of the Sautanzpartie and the association for the disabled say a big "thank you" to everyone involved!

And another piece of good news: the Sautanz 2025 is already being planned!
