Passer-by attacked and robbed by strangers
A wild attack took place in Innsbruck on Sunday night. A 19-year-old man was attacked by several strangers and then robbed. The perpetrators were able to flee, the victim was injured.
The wild scenes took place around 1 a.m. in the Klara-Pölt-Weg area of Innsbruck. The 19-year-old Czech was walking there when he was suddenly attacked by several unknown perpetrators. The perpetrators kicked and punched the victim several times. They then stole his cell phone and fled.
Victim injured, manhunt underway
The 19-year-old suffered abrasions to his ribs, his right knee joint and the backs of both hands. The manhunt for the perpetrators is ongoing. "Once the investigation is complete, a report will be submitted to the relevant authorities," the police said.
