“Little animal” saves a life in Lugner City
Moments of terror in the iconic department store! Thanks to the quick reaction of a "little animal" from Lugner's petting zoo, a life was actually saved.
In broad daylight, a visitor had collapsed unconscious in one of the numerous restaurants in Lugner City on Vienna's Gürtel, probably completely unexpectedly. The operators of the restaurant immediately alerted the department store's information center and asked for help.
Without hesitation, the woman on duty grabbed a defibrillator and rushed to the scene herself. In fact, it was none other than Nina Bruckner, also known as Lugner's "Bambi", who rushed over to deal with the situation. Together with a doctor who happened to be present, they brought the man out of unconsciousness and back to life.
Later on, the team received a reassuring call from the patient's daughter: "Bambi's quick intervention saved my father's life!"
"We're proud of 'Bambi' from the information center!" the other employees said. Someone must have had ANIMAL luck!
