Two helpers pulled the driver out of the burning wreck

These guardian angels deserve a medal! On Saturday afternoon in Stadl-Paura, two first responders rescued a female driver from the burning vehicle after a collision.

The accident happened on the B144 Gmundener Straße at the junction with Steinweg in Stadl-Paura. After a collision between two cars, one of the vehicles overturned, came to a standstill on its roof and started to burn. Two first responders were able to free the driver, who was still in the vehicle, from the overturned car in time before it caught fire. Two fire departments, the ambulance service, emergency doctor, emergency helicopter and the police were dispatched to the scene.

Accident victims were only slightly injured
The fire department immediately started extinguishing the fire, but in the meantime it turned out that fortunately no one was trapped or trapped in the two vehicles involved in the accident. According to initial reports, both parties involved in the accident were taken to hospital with minor injuries. The emergency doctor and emergency helicopter were able to return to the scene ready for action. The fire department then assisted the towing company in recovering the accident vehicles.
