Serious traffic accident on Friday evening in Tyrol! At an intersection in Strass im Zillertal (Schwaz district), a 15-year-old moped rider crashed into a car. The teenager was injured and had to be taken to hospital, the car driver and her passenger were uninjured.

At around 7 p.m., the young local was riding her moped on the B171 in the municipality of Strass im Zillertal in the direction of Schwaz. "At an intersection, for reasons as yet unknown, there was a collision with the car of a 53-year-old Australian woman who wanted to turn off towards Kufstein on the B181," said the police.
