Company insolvent
Late bankruptcy in the environment of the scandal bank
A company associated with former Commerzialbank boss Martin Pucher has now slipped into insolvency.
The bankruptcy of Commerzialbank has now led to another insolvency. According to KSV1870, the Mattersburg-based "Deranis" Gaststättenbetriebs-GmbH filed for bankruptcy proceedings on Thursday. The company was founded in 1993 and was active in the hospitality industry. The shareholders of the company were Ernst Z., a long-standing member of the supervisory board of Commerzialbank, and the wife of former bank boss Martin Pucher. The managing director of "Deranis" was one of Pucher's daughters.
Bankruptcy triggers bankruptcy
The current bankruptcy is also linked to the bank scandal. In the course of the criminal investigation, all of the debtor's assets, in particular her bank balances, were confiscated. As a result, the company is no longer in a position to pay its debts as they fall due. The end of "Deranis" no longer has any real impact. The company no longer has any employees and no longer carries out any activities. It had already been closed at the time the application was submitted. The debts amount to 15,000 euros. There are three creditors.
