Citizen of the Reich arrested at the provincial court

A citizen of the Reich, who described himself as a consul, was arrested on Wednesday during a hearing at Klagenfurt Provincial Court.  

The trial at the Regional Court for Criminal Matters concerned an allegation of attempted resistance to state authority. A member of the anti-state organization "Bundesstaat Preußen" was interrogated. This is not a rare case. But never before had an escort been brought along.

And so the police had to intervene during the hearing. "It has never happened before that a person from the German scene has appeared in Carinthia. The accused was accompanied by a 64-year-old German citizen of the Reich", the police announced. After it was noticed that the man was present, he was immediately taken out of the courthouse and checked with the help of police colleagues at Heiligengeistplatz.

"He described himself as a consul and carried a fantasy ID card," the officers continued. The German was charged with membership of an anti-state movement. An indefinite ban on residence and a fixed-frame order were also obtained.
