What are your experiences with paternity leave?

While it has long been a matter of course for mothers to take parental leave, the decision is often more difficult for fathers. Although paternity leave is legally possible and is now more common than it was a few years ago, in reality it still doesn't seem to be welcome everywhere. Companies that support paternity leave are often still the exception. What experiences have you had?

Many fathers would like to take parental leave in order to actively participate in the care of their children. But as our reader's submission shows, there are still prejudices and resistance in society.

Hello dear community! I would like to know what experiences you have had with parental leave for fathers? In my environment, companies don't seem to like it if the father wants to stay with the child for a while. What is it like for you and what do you think?
