Brazen thieves were at it again in Tyrol at the weekend! In Kitzbühel, a stranger stole a luxury handbag from a fashion store, while a safe containing several thousand euros was stolen in Wildschönau.

Shortly after 4 p.m. on Friday, a previously unknown man boldly seized an unobserved moment in a fashion store in the center of Kitzbühel. He stole a high-priced handbag and caused damage in the mid four-digit euro range.

Police are looking for witnesses
On Sunday night in Oberau, unknown perpetrators broke into the main entrance of a company in the industrial estate, ransacked the premises and stole a safe from an office. "The crime caused damage in the high four-digit euro range," according to the police in Wörgl, who are now looking for witnesses who made suspicious observations between 10 p.m. and midnight (telephone number 059133/7221).
