Several police patrols chased a hooligan driver

A BMW driver had a wild chase with several police patrols in the Tyrolean Oberland on Sunday night. The initially unknown driver, who had been targeted for speeding among other things, disregarded all signs to stop. This led to critical scenes in which other road users were also endangered.

Between 11.10 p.m. and 11.30 p.m., the dicey scenes occurred on the Mieminger Straße (B189) between Wildermieming and Obsteig. After the driver of the black BMW attracted the attention of the police due to "various traffic violations", he accelerated.

He disregarded all stop signs and endangered other road users.

Witnesses or victims should come forward
The suspect was finally tracked down. "The driver and the license plate number of the vehicle are known," the executive was reluctant to provide any information. Nevertheless, the investigators are still hoping for information.
