Cats, fish and vipers rescued during eviction

Last week, animal rescuers were called out to a delocation in Hallein: Four cats, two aquariums with several fish and a corn snake were left homeless during the official action. 

The response had to be swift: An executor raised the alarm with the animal rescue team led by Oswin Mair. Places were quickly found for the animals.

All the animals have been cared for
The four cats were taken over by the owner's mother, the fish were placed in a transport container and transferred to the Hallein animal shelter. The crown snake, a non-poisonous constrictor, was secured and handed over to the official vet.
