In Group 3 of League A, relegated Bosnia and Herzegovina surprised everyone on Tuesday evening with a 1-1 draw against a B team from the Netherlands. In League B, the Czech Republic and Wales secured group victory and with it the last direct promotion places to League A. 

The Netherlands, who swapped their entire starting eleven, had to settle for a 1:1 (1:0) draw with Bosnia-Herzegovina in the Germany group. 

The Oranje team took the lead through Brian Brobbey (24'), but Ermedin Demirovic (67') equalized for the home side. The Netherlands, like Germany, were already assured of progression to the quarter-finals in March.

The Czech Republic secured victory in Group B1 with a 2:1 (2:0) win at home to Georgia thanks to early goals from Pavel Sulc (3) and Adam Hlozek (24). Ukraine won 2:1 (2:0) against Albania in Tirana thanks to quick goals from Oleksandr Zinchenko (5th) and Roman Yaremchuk (10th) to finish second in the group and secure a place in the play-off in March.

Wales still managed to advance in Group B4. The Welsh defeated Iceland 4:1 (2:1) in Cardiff and knocked Turkey off top spot. The Turks dropped to second place with a 3-1 (1-2) defeat in Montenegro and will fight for a place in the A-League play-off.

Promoted Sweden closed out Group C1 with a 6-0 (3-0) victory over Azerbaijan, with Viktor Gyökeres contributing four goals.

In the quarter-finals: Portugal, France, Germany, Spain (all group winners), Croatia, Italy, Netherlands, Denmark (all group runners-up)

In the play-off: Scotland, Belgium, Hungary, Serbia (third in group A), AUSTRIA, Ukraine, Greece, Turkey (second in group B).

Draw on Friday (November 22), match dates March 20 and 23, 2025, with the group runners-up playing at home first.
