“Alles für den Gast” records an increase in visitors

This year, "Alles für den Gast" was organized by Messezentrum Salzburg for the first time. It was a successful debut for the new operator: with 35,972 visitors, a slight increase was recorded this year compared to the previous year (35,451 visitors). 

There were also more exhibitors at the gastronomy trade fair, with a total of 711 exhibitors this year. Eleven different exhibition halls were used over five days. There will be a small change to the duration of the event next year: The event will only take place over four days instead of the previous five.

This year, events outside of the exhibition center also flourished. For example, the industry met after the trade fair opening hours to celebrate and network in Bergheim.

On Monday evening, the Handelszentrum16 was transformed into a meeting place for around 300 gastronomy insiders. On three floors, space was created for the presentation of innovative products and worlds of experience, as well as for networking with DJ sounds. Popular topics of the scene: sustainability, young talent, employee motivation and non-alcoholic beverage enjoyment.
