Expensive bicycles stolen from the basement of a block of flats

Burglars are known to strike at any time of day or night. Especially in the fall, often at dusk. In Tyrol, unknown persons broke into the cellar of a block of flats and stole two bicycles.

The perpetrators gained access to the cellar of an apartment building in Ötztal-Bahnhof (Imst district) at the beginning of the week by unknown means. "Subsequently, the perpetrators forcibly broke open the doors of two cellar compartments," according to the police.

Investigations are underway
The criminals stole a racing bike and a mountain bike. The crime caused damage of more than 10,000 euros. The police investigation is ongoing.
