Salary or working atmosphere: which is more important to you?

Ideally, we should all be able to make a good living from our work and enjoy going to work. Unfortunately, the reality is different for many. For some, salary is a problematic issue, for others it's the working atmosphere. If you can work well with your colleagues, a lower salary is perhaps more acceptable - right? What plays the bigger role for you?
