Unbelievable! Thief stole defibrillator from outside school

What is the point of thefts like this? Previously unknown perpetrators ripped off a defibrillator attached to the outside wall of a school in Tyrol at the weekend and stole the device together with the storage box. The damage amounts to several thousand euros!

The brazen thieves struck between Friday and Sunday. They tore down a defibrillator attached to the outside wall of the Reith im Alpbachtal secondary school (Kufstein district) and stole the device along with the storage box.

"This caused damage in the four-digit euro range", according to the police, who are asking for information from the public.
