What's going on with Rod Stewart and his wife Penny Lancaster? Now the singer has spoken out.

According to the latest reports, the couple are having a huge crisis because of an alleged argument about whether they should settle down in the USA. Not true, the singer has now clarified. There is "absolutely no falling out".

The 79-year-old wrote on his Instagram account: "We wanted to set the record straight. There is absolutely no argument between Penny and I and no disagreement about where we should live, quite the opposite. We moved back to our beloved UK permanently a year ago, but are lucky enough to also have homes in different countries that we love to visit."

House will not be sold
The singer added: "Originally we thought it made sense to sell our house in L.A., but after spending some wonderful time with family and friends during my residency in Las Vegas this summer, we realized it made sense to keep our house there."

"Very happy man"
In conclusion, the Brit clarified, "Penny and I couldn't be more in love after 27 glorious years. Please believe me there is no disharmony in our marriage." The singer concluded his post with the line: "Rod 'a very happy man' Stewart".
