Firefighters and police are currently on a major operation in Thalgau. According to initial reports, a large quantity of a corrosive liquid has leaked from a 1000-liter tank on a company site.

The Thalgau volunteer fire department was alerted to a hazardous goods incident on the premises of a haulage company on Friday afternoon. According to initial information, a large quantity of a corrosive liquid had leaked from a 1000-liter tank.

The Flachgau hazardous goods unit is on site with several vehicles, as is the Thalgau fire department with the Unterdorf fire brigade. The hazardous goods operation is still ongoing.
