Children playing too loudly: Neighbor reaches for the knife!

Children had to experience some terrible moments on Friday evening in Vienna-Favoriten. Because they were allegedly making too much noise while playing, an argument broke out between a neighbor (31) and the children's father. The 31-year-old then allegedly grabbed a kitchen knife! 

The argument between the children's father and the angry neighbor escalated on Friday to such an extent that the 31-year-old from Somalia suddenly pulled out the kitchen knife and threatened the man with it. He had previously asked the children to be quieter. The father of the family then alerted the police. 

Knife no longer found
The Somali man was then provisionally arrested by the police and did not confess to the charges. The knife could not be recovered as it was no longer to be found. The neighbor was banned from entering and approaching the premises and a temporary weapons ban was issued. He will be charged.
