Ten-year-old rides his bike into a moving train

Bad accident in Lasberg: A local boy (10) was riding his bike in the direction of Kefermarkt and wanted to cross the railroad tracks - then the accident happened.

In Lasberg on Saturday, a ten-year-old local boy was hit by a Summerauerbahn train and thrown around ten meters away. The boy was riding his bike and entered the crossing despite the red traffic light.

Passers-by helped immediately
He collided with the side of the second wagon. Three passers-by looked after the injured man and alerted the emergency services. He was taken to the Kepler University Hospital in Linz, the police said in a press release.
