Hilary Duff has become a mother for the fourth time

Hilary Duff's fourth addition to the family: the 36-year-old US actress and her husband, songwriter Matthew Koma, announced the arrival of daughter Townes Meadow Bair on Tuesday. 

On Instagram, Duff posted several black and white photos of the baby, who was born via water birth on May 3.

"Pure moments of magic"
"Meeting you, staring at you and smelling you are pure moments of magic," she wrote.

Duff ("Cheaper by the Dozen", "Lizzie McGuire") and Koma (36) already have two daughters together, aged five and three. Duff also has a twelve-year-old son from her first marriage to professional field hockey player Mike Comrie.

Ex-child star
Duff, who was already in front of the camera as a child, most recently starred in the series "How I Met Your Father", a spin-off of the cult sitcom "How I Met Your Mother". As a singer, she has also recorded several pop albums.
