Is a gust of wind or alcohol to blame for the bike crash?
A 72-year-old cyclist suffered injuries of indeterminate severity in a fall in the provincial capital on Monday evening. According to his own statements, a gust of wind was the reason for the fall.
Police officers determined that the accident victim was impaired by alcohol. The test revealed a blood alcohol level of 0.72 per mille. After the accident was recorded, the 72-year-old was taken to the accident hospital by the Red Cross.
