The café will soon be all about meat

The Memberg Café in Salzburg City will soon be offering its visitors more than just coffee - from May 16th, it will also be serving meat on a massive scale. But not to eat! 

The exhibition "Meat" by Ness Rubey, which will be on display in the café, deals with the complex relationship between humans and animals, affection and consumption.

The artist has been exploring the topic of meat consumption for over 14 years and aims to uncover contradictions that exist in our society in her work. In addition to the opening on May 16, further vegan brunches and a vegan deluxe dinner are also planned.
