Rectory in Tyrol raided by burglars
Some people no longer hold anything sacred: unknown burglars broke into a rectory in the Tyrolean Oberland at the weekend and stole cash. There is no trace of the perpetrators. Investigators are hoping for clues.
During the night from Saturday to Sunday, the unknown perpetrators gained access to the rectory in Untermieming (Imst district).
Money stolen from a locked drawer
The burglars then searched the premises. "Cash amounting to a four-digit euro sum was stolen from a locked drawer," said the investigators.
So far, there is no trace of the perpetrators. The police are now hoping for possible witnesses who made suspicious observations in the area of the vicarage during this period.
