A puppy was found in a bag at Shopping City Seiersberg on Friday morning. There was a note with a request to rescue him. Noah's Ark then discovered an abscess on his head and performed emergency surgery. He was christened "Finn".

"Please! Take me home to you! I don't want to go to an animal shelter," reads the note with which the cute puppy was abandoned outside Shopping City Seiersberg on Friday morning. He had packed himself into a bag - no owner far and wide.

The Noah's Ark animal rescuers set out to save the little dog. When they arrived on the scene, he had freed himself from the bag and was hanging on to the leash - it's hard to imagine what would have happened if he had run between the cars.

The puppy was named "Finn" and taken to the vet at Noah's Ark. They found an encrusted area on his head, which turned out to be a highly inflamed abscess. He underwent emergency surgery immediately. The animal welfare workers estimate his age at eight weeks.
