Shitstorm at “GNTM”: Fans go off on Klum

In episodes eight and nine, no model had to leave the show. In the tenth episode that followed, six "GNTM" contestants were sent home. After both decisions, Heidi Klum (50) was criticized. The preference given to two candidates in particular is a thorn in the side of the fans.

No matter how many models Heidi Klum sends home or not - the viewers are never satisfied! While none of the candidates had to leave the show in episodes eight and nine, model mom Heidi Klum was tough in the tenth episode.

No fewer than six candidates had to leave "GNTM": Lili, Dominik, Jana, Nuri, Felix and Yusupha.

Fans outraged by preferential treatment of candidates
While many fans are outraged by the many evictions, others are up in arms about the special treatment of two particular candidates: the twins. Under the Instagram posts on the official "GNTM" account, the comments are piling up: "It's ridiculous that the twins are still there. One walks like a farmer, the other like a robot."

Another annoyed user commented: "I don't understand it, an Aldin or Felix walk and pose umpteen times better than the twins ... and yet they keep slipping through."

"The twins are terrible"
The twins Luka and Julian don't go down well with everyone online. Many fans think the budding models are too bad and don't understand why Heidi Klum keeps letting them through to the next round.

The opinion that the twins only get through because of their story, namely that they are brothers, is often held by fans: "The show is only made for ratings - ridiculous decisions - bad ones get through and the twins only get through because of the twin story and are both terrible."

Hot walk in all black
While Grace landed a modeling job for lingerie brand Intimissimi, the other models had to prove themselves on the catwalk in the final episode. They walked the catwalk in hot all-black looks and cut a fine figure despite wind machines and semi-transparent veils.
