Woman bitten and police officers threatened to kill her

A German (28) got really drunk in Ischgl in the Tyrolean district of Landeck on Monday night! The man attacked a Hungarian woman (28) and bit her on the upper arm. The perpetrator also tried to bite the intervening officers - and threatened to kill them.

The incident happened at around 0.40 am. For an as yet unknown reason, the 28-year-old man bit the upper arm of a Hungarian woman of the same age in a bar in Ischgl. The woman suffered injuries of indeterminate severity as a result of the attack. The police arrived and arrested the 28-year-old.

The 28-year-old will be reported to the Innsbruck public prosecutor's office.

"The German defended himself against this by threatening to kill the police officers," the investigators say. But that's not all: the 28-year-old also wanted to bite the officers and tried to kick them. The man will now be reported to the Innsbruck public prosecutor's office. The Hungarian woman was taken to hospital in Zams.
