Fiery Porsche menu for car fans at Lake Wörthersee
Porsche Center Carinthia unveiled the 3rd generation of the Panamera and the new Taycan at Hubert Wallner's Gourmet Restaurant - a highlight for all the senses
The location for the presentation of the new models could not have been better chosen - customers and companions of the legendary car brand experienced a top-class culinary and automotive journey at Hubert Wallner's gourmet restaurant in Dellach am Wörthersee.
Even the weather played along when the third generation of the Porsche Panamera and the first facelift of the Porsche Taycan were presented to the 150 invited guests after a special menu by celebrity chef Wallner. Singer Sandra Pires introduced the grand unveiling in Bond Girl style - which once again caused goosebumps and amazement.
Electric to one hundred in 2.2 seconds
"The Porsche Panamera is still regarded as the optimum spread between luxury, comfort and sportiness," explained Porsche brand manager Bernhard Kitz to the guests. The Porsche Taycan will also offer more range, more efficiency and even more performance in the future. In addition, the current top model in the Taycan range, the Taycan Turbo GT, sets new standards in electromobility with a range of up to 555 kilometers according to WLTP, 1108 hp and just 2.2 seconds from 0 to 100 km/h.
"The presentation underlines Porsche's ongoing innovation and future-oriented focus in the areas of luxury and exclusivity," said a delighted Markus Nachbar, Managing Director of Porsche Carinthia. The next Porsche highlight will take place in the fall when the new Macan is presented - the popular model will then only be available as an electric car.
