“Hollywood club” Wrexham promoted again
Welsh soccer club Wrexham secured their second successive promotion with a 6-0 win over Forest Green on Saturday!
The club, owned by Hollywood actors Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney, are no longer out of the top three in the English League Two (4th division) and will compete in League One next season for the first time since 2005.
Fans stormed the pitch
The fans stormed the pitch at Stok Racecourse at the end of the game, with over 11,000 spectators in attendance.
The history of the club under its famous owners has been made famous by the documentary series "Welcome to Wrexham".
