Truck hit first aider’s car and fled
A car driver from Flachgau provided first aid after a traffic accident on the B1 near Henndorf at around 12:50 on Friday. A short time later, the woman herself was the victim of a hit-and-run accident. The police are now looking for witnesses.
While the woman was giving first aid, she parked her car not far from the scene of the accident in a parking area on Hartingerweg.
Due to the large traffic jam, some drivers following behind turned back. An articulated lorry also wanted to escape the traffic jam and wanted to turn around.
The articulated lorry hit the Flachgau woman's car and then continued on its way.
The police are now looking for witnesses and are asking for any relevant information. This can be reported to the Eugendorf police station on 059 133 5113.
