Arnold Schwarzenegger:
Fitness walk with pet pig “Schnelly”
Morning walks are known to be good for your health. That's probably what "Terminator" star Arnold Schwarzenegger thought. The actor, who recently had to undergo pacemaker surgery, shared a video on Instagram showing him on a morning walk with pet pig "Schnelly".
"Nothing beats a Tuesday morning walk with my 'Schnelly'," Schwarzenegger wrote on the video, in which he walks quickly across his property.
Arnie is followed at every turn by his grunting pet pig "Schnelly", who is in a hurry to get after his master.
"'Schnelly' we have to lose fat"
"Come on Schnelly, let's go for another fitness walk. We need to lose fat," said the 76-year-old to his unusual companion. Schwarzenegger used the video to promote his current fitness challenge, in which participants increase their daily step average by taking 1000 more steps.
Arnie got "machine part" inserted
As Arnold Schwarzenegger recently reported in his podcast "Arnold's Pump Club", he had to undergo heart surgery a few weeks ago: "Last Monday I had an operation to become a bit more of a machine: I got a pacemaker," said the "Terminator" star.
However, he is now "doing great" again and thanked all the doctors and nurses who "made the operation as painless as possible". So the morning fitness walks are not only healthy for pet pig "Schnelly"!
