What do you think of dietary supplements?
Healthy nutrition is an issue that affects us all to a greater or lesser extent. Ideally, we should take in all the important vitamins, minerals and other essential substances through a balanced diet. Unfortunately, the reality is often different. This is not the only reason why many people turn to dietary supplements.
A certain diet can also lead to the need to take additional nutrients. Whether this is in the form of tablets, drops or powders: Opinions differ on the necessity and effectiveness. While proponents argue that such supplements reduce the risk of certain diseases and are essential for specific diets, those on the other side point to the potential risks of overdosing or generally consider them unnecessary.
