Moped collides with car: teenager (16) injured
Fatal accident in Alpbach in Tyrol on Saturday evening! A teenager (16) wanted to overtake a 58-year-old man's car on his moped. The teenager had overlooked the fact that the man was about to turn off. The two vehicles collided.
The accident happened at around 7 pm. The 58-year-old was driving his car northbound on state road 5. "At road kilometer 10.400, he wanted to turn left," according to the police. The 16-year-old driving behind the car recognized this too late and tried to overtake the vehicle.
Property damage was caused to both vehicles.

As a result, the car collided with the moped in the left-hand lane. The teenager fell as a result of the crash and suffered several abrasions and bruises. After first aid at the scene of the accident, the 16-year-old was taken to Kufstein Hospital. Property damage was caused to both vehicles.
