Playing with a lighter: Children set fire to meadow
An operation for the Floriani firefighters in St. Anton am Arlberg (Tyrol) on Saturday: the firefighters had to respond to a meadow fire. Around 500 square meters were affected. The "perpetrators" have already been caught.
The Floriani firefighters were alerted at around 4.15 pm. The reason was a meadow fire in the district of St. Jakob in the area of the "Eckli" woodland. An area of around 500 square meters was affected. "The fire was quickly brought under control by the St. Anton am Arlberg and St. Jakob am Arlberg fire departments," said the investigators.

The officers were able to "catch" the "perpetrators" who had started the fire shortly afterwards. "In the course of the investigation, two underage children were identified as suspects." The toddlers had apparently been playing with a lighter.
