Piastri sets best time

Japanese GP: Second practice from 8am LIVE

The second Formula 1 practice session in Suzuka (JAP) was of little significance due to the rain. Oscar Piastri set the fastest time shortly before the end of the session on soft tires. Most of the drivers stayed in their pits so as not to take any risks. Verstappen, Perez and co. did not set any timed laps.
