After the 0:2 against Borussia Dortmund, the train towards the championship seems to have finally left the station for FC Bayern. Even Thomas Tuchel has to realize that the title will probably go to Bayer Leverkusen this year. 

"We don't need to say anything after today's game. Congratulations to Leverkusen," said the outgoing coach after the final whistle when asked whether the championship had already been decided. The gap to Xabi Alonso's team is now 13 points. FC Bayern failed to ignite the usual fire against BVB, meaning the visitors deserved their victory in the end. "It's obviously extremely difficult for us to approach games with the right bite, with the right passion," said Tuchel.

Like a friendly match
Joshua Kimmich also had clear words after the bitter defeat. "Against BVB, you don't really need anyone to motivate you, you have to run by yourself the day before. We didn't show that at all," the 29-year-old also criticized the lack of motivation. The Germany team player, who was deployed at right-back, had the feeling at times that it was a friendly match. "Regardless of the situation in the table, that should never, ever happen to us - and certainly not in a home game against Dortmund."

Munich continue their campaign next week against Heidenheim before facing Arsenal in the Champions League round of 16. At least Bayern still have a chance of winning the title there ...
