A 44-year-old man beats his wife again

Violence in the family happens too often and often goes unnoticed for too long: a 44-year-old man in Villach has already beaten his wife and children several times. Now he has acted against his wife again - and has been arrested.

Wednesday evening around 7 p.m., a 44-year-old comes home - the Croatian is drunk and beats his wife (44). Several times. She is seriously injured in the head area. He flees in a car to Styria, where he is arrested at around 9 pm and transferred to the Villach police detention center.

The investigation reveals: He had already used violence against his wife and underage children several times. 

The man is banned from entering and approaching the premises and banned from carrying weapons. His driver's license is confiscated. A police report follows.

A ban on entering and approaching as well as a weapons ban also had to be issued against a cook on Wednesday evening: The 45-year-old Slovenian got into an argument with the Hungarian kitchen helper in a kitchen in Rosegg. The Slovenian smashed a glass bottle against the 27-year-old's head and injured the man.
