Things are hotting up in the new exciting leisure adventure from Lake's Escape. The next murder mystery leads to the bakery and you have the chance to be a part of this criminal case. 

A new murder mystery awaits bright minds. For the first time, initiator Nina Meran from Lake's Escape has chosen a bakery as the crime scene, namely the headquarters of the Waldherr wholemeal organic bakery in Eisenstadt-Kleinhöflein. The case to be solved revolves around wholemeal, organic, bread variety and pastries - with the fitting title "Baked out! Organic grain in danger".

Tricky five-senses tasks to solve
"Those who take part are immersed in the story of a lost grain and learn about the diversity of grain types, dough variations and flavors," explains Meran. Not only are the hobby investigators set difficult five-senses tasks, they are also introduced to the craft of baking and the philosophy of "Slow Food". "You only need a few ingredients to make honest bread, preferably the 'whole' organic grain, sourdough, a few spices and time," says master baker Clemens Waldherr, speaking from experience.

The escape project, designed for families, groups of friends or company outings, was developed to mark the 30th anniversary of the Waldherr wholemeal organic bakery and takes around 1.5 hours. "We're giving our customers an exciting adventure with tricky puzzles and lots of interesting facts to discover to mark their milestone birthday," emphasizes Clemens Waldherr. Too much is not yet being revealed about the criminal case. But it will start in mid-March, just in time for the Easter vacations. Appointments can be booked immediately at www.lakesescape.at.
