Rapid fans lash out at the league and journalists

During the match against LASK on Friday evening, Rapid fans showed what they think of the current excitement in Hütteldorf with huge banners. They attacked the Bundesliga, ÖFB and journalists in bold letters.

"Bundesliga and ÖFB put their double standards in O***", was written on a green banner in white letters. Right next to it, Rapid fans explained what they were specifically concerned about and even demanded that all journalists be banned from the premises.

"Scandal at the VIP buffet: journalists can't get their turntables full. House ban now!" could be read on other banners in the green and white curve. Will it help? One thing is certain: since the derby celebrations, Rapid has been in the spotlight and under observation by the criminal senate. It will probably also have to deal with the fact that numerous lighters were thrown towards the corner flag from the Rapid sector when LASK's Valon Berisha tried to take the corner.
