Yesterday, ÖFB President Klaus Mitterdorfer resigned with immediate effect. After several attacks and criticisms, the Carinthian finally gave up his office. While many saw his resignation as a display of greatness, there were also countless voices in our forum claiming the opposite.

Mitterdorfer was attacked for weeks and then came the crushing blow when his proposed managing director received almost no support. This defeat ultimately led the ÖFB president to resign. Although some described this as a "show of greatness", the decision was only cheered by a few.
